When introducing screen time rules, remember: rules should not be identical for all children in case of major age differences between siblings. Approved screen time and activities may differ for each child; this should be duly reflected in the rules. This does not mean that some rules should not be set for all household members regardless of their age – the no mobile device at the table during mealtimes rule is a good example.
On November 21st the European Parents’ Association held a webinar following its topic of the year “Parenting in the Digital Age”.
